We’re so excited to celebrate our wedding with the people we love most. We truly hope you can join us. We’ll be getting married at San Francisco City Hall on Friday, October 9th at 11:00 a.m. The ceremony space is reserved for one hour only, so please plan to arrive on time as we can't delay the ceremony start time.
After the ceremony, we’ll keep the celebration going with an after-party/reception at Alchemist Bar & Lounge, just about a 10-minute drive away from the City Hall from 1:00–4:00 p.m. Come ready to eat, drink, laugh, and hang out with us. We want this to be relaxed, fun, and full of good energy, so please stay awhile, enjoy yourself, and no Irish goodbyes.
Where is the ceremony?
To get to the ceremony location enter City Hall through the Polk Street entrance (also known as Dr. Carlton B. Goodlett Place). If you park in the Civic Center Garage, you will just use the elevator and will see the City Hall entrance.
After passing through security, walk about 25 feet to the elevators on your left. Take the elevator to Floor 4. When you exit, make a right, then an immediate left down a short corridor. You’ll see a large, open area set up with chairs, velvet ropes, and a sign with our names, that’s where the ceremony will take place.
What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Please plan to arrive between 10:30–10:45 a.m. This allows time to get through security and ensures we can start the ceremony promptly at 11:00 a.m. Since our ceremony space is reserved for one hour only, arriving on time is very important.
Where do I park for the ceremony?
Please park across the street at the Civic Center Garage, 355 McAllister St, San Francisco, CA 94102. We suggest arriving to the garage between 10:30–10:45 a.m. This allows enough time to go through security so we can begin promptly at 11:00 a.m.
Where should I park for the after-party/reception?
For guests staying at hotels, it will probably be easiest to Uber/Lyft between locations throughout the day so you don’t have to worry about parking or moving your car.
If you do plan to drive, we have listed a handful of nearby parking garages at the bottom of this page.
What is the dress code?
We’d love for everyone to dress up and join us in formal attire for the ceremony and reception. Think elegant, celebratory, and something that makes you feel great. We can’t wait to see you all looking your best.
Are children invited?
We truly love your little ones and wish we could include everyone. However, due to the limited space at San Francisco City Hall, we are unable to accommodate all children, so our celebration will be adults-only, with the exception of our nieces and nephews. Children who are invited will be listed on the invitation. We hope you understand and can still join us in celebrating our special day.
Can I take photos?
We kindly ask that guests do not take photos during the ceremony, as we’ve hired a professional photographer to capture that moment for us. After the ceremony, you’re more than welcome to take as many photos as you’d like. We’ll even have time set aside at the City Hall specifically for photos, so everyone can capture and enjoy the moment.
Can I bring a date?
Due to the strict capacity limits at San Francisco City Hall, we’re only able to accommodate those formally invited on the wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, their name will be listed on your invitation or included with your party when you RSVP. Thank you so much for understanding.
When is the RSVP Deadline?
Please let us know if you’ll be joining us by September 6th. This will help us finalize plans and ensure everything runs smoothly. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
